The FPA30C32917 is a compact and versatile 320×256 InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) designed for visible to near-infrared (VIS-NIR) imaging across the 0.6–1.7µm spectral range. Packaged in a lightweight 44CLCC package, this sensor combines >99.5% pixel operability, >70% quantum efficiency, and room-temperature operation for stable and high-quality imaging performance.

With its snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes, built-in temperature sensor, and windowing capability, the FPA30C32917 is ideal for imaging, inspection, and scientific use where reliability and precision are essential.
