Lasermate Group, Inc. offers image sensors covering the near infrared (NIR) and short wavelength infrared (SWIR) spectral regions. We have well-developed two-dimensional focal plane array for SWIR imaging applications. The InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) is the optimized solution for near-infrared imaging and imaging spectrograph applications in the 900nm to 1700nm wavelength range. The FPA products are available in CLCC package, facilitating the mechanical design of CCD and CMOS camera vendors. On the other hand, the sensitivity of the FPA products can be further increased by using the embedded TE-cooler. With this, the high reliability is achieved by the hermetic metal package.
