The Lasermate FPA15M64917C is a near-infrared (NIR) InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) featuring a 640×512 pixel format and a spectral response range of 0.9µm to 1.7µm. Packaged in a 28-pin metal SDIP with an embedded 1-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC), this sensor ensures stable operation and superior performance under varying environmental conditions.
