The FPA15M641119T is a shortwave-infrared (SWIR) focal plane array designed for high-resolution imaging and precise detection in the 1.1–1.9µm spectral range. Featuring a 640×512 pixel array and housed in a 28-pin metal SDIP package with an integrated thermoelectric cooler (TEC), this sensor delivers stable, high-quality imaging performance. With >99% pixel operability and >70% quantum efficiency at 1.7µm, it provides excellent sensitivity and reliability for a wide range of advanced applications, including spectroscopy, semiconductor inspection, industrial monitoring, and scientific research.
