The FPA15M128917T is a high-performance near-infrared (NIR) focal plane array designed for demanding imaging applications across the 0.9–1.7µm spectral range. Built with a 1280×1024 InGaAs detector array, the device is integrated in a 32-pin metal SDIP package with an embedded 2-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC), ensuring excellent thermal stability and low dark current.
