The Lasermate FPA15C64917 is a lightweight, high-resolution 640×512 InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) designed for near-infrared imaging across the 0.9–1.7µm wavelength range. Packaged in a 64CLCC package, the sensor provides robust performance with room-temperature operation, eliminating the need for active cooling in many applications.

Engineered with >70% quantum efficiency and >99.9% pixel operability, the FPA15C64917 ensures exceptional image quality and reliability. Its architecture supports snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes, 2, 4, or 8 outputs at up to 18MHz pixel rate, and windowing capability for flexible integration into advanced imaging systems. A built-in temperature sensor adds precise monitoring for stable operation.
