The Lasermate FPA15C640A is a high-performance 640×512 InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) optimized for near-infrared (NIR) imaging across the 0.6–1.7µm spectral range. Packaged in a lightweight 64CLCC format, the sensor delivers >70% quantum efficiency and >99.5% typical pixel operability, ensuring precise and reliable imaging performance. With snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes, as well as 2, 4, or 8 output channels up to 18MHz pixel rate, the FPA15C640A offers excellent flexibility for demanding applications. Additional features include a built-in temperature sensor, windowing capability, and stable room temperature operation, making it an ideal choice for advanced imaging and scientific use.
