Lasermate Group, Inc. provides diffractive optical element (DOE) integrated on VCSELs. The VCSELs are packaged in an ultra-small thermally-efficient COB package, enabling economies of scale and excellent integration flexibility. The DOE-VCSEL devices are specially designed for open-space infrared dot projectors, 3D structure light, and portable devices. For high power application, additional base cooling device to enhance the heat dissipation and Pulse Modulation Control to decrease the heat are needed to keep the laser output stable.
