Lasermate Group, Inc. provides innovative laser diode solutions. Our standard laser diodes are available at wavelengths in the visible and NIR spectral range in a wide range of output powers. There are various forms of diode packaging, including TO-can, C-mount, F-mount, chip on submount, and surface mount packages.
We also provide diode bars and stacks that provide powers in the kW range. Our fiber coupled diode laser modules consist of single mode fiber pigtailed laser diodes, multimode fiber pigtailed laser diodes, and DFB (distributed feedback) fiber pigtailed laser diodes.
Our communication laser diodes also consist of FP, DFB and CWDM laser diodes for high speed telecommunication.
