The DOE-RD30K850C Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) generates random dot pattern with 30,000 dots and design wavelength at 850m with active area 6x6mm. Available in PET or PMMA substrate material, the DOE fits well into many standard laser modules or may be mounted outside of the module housing.
