The DOE-RD10K850B Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) generates random dot pattern with 10,000 dots and design wavelength at 850nm with active area 6x6mm. Available in PET or PMMA substrate material, the DOE fits well into many standard laser modules or may be mounted outside of the module housing.
