Description

The Lasermate PDA-A13C4-2G is an analog InGaAs photodetector in 4-pin TO-46 package that contains a semiconductor with bandwidth ideally suited to industry standard transmission rates from DC to 2.5 GHz, and are useful in multi-channel CATV applications.
