Our GaAs photodiodes comprise of general GaAs PIN photodiodes and GaAs photodiode-amplifier hybrids that is an integration of a high-speed GaAs photodetector with a transimpedance amplifier (TIA). Additionally, our GaAs detector assemblies feature pigtail and receptacle assemblies.
