Description

The Lasermate R13-RYZ-1 is a 1100-1630nm wavelength range, InGaAs PIN photodiode receiver module. The InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode optical module is available in receptacle style housing with FC or ST connector. The detector module is capable of reaching up to 1.25Gbps data rate operation.
