The Lasermate R85-2G-PYZ-VP is a 770-860nm wavelength range, GaAs photodiode receiver module integrated with transimpedance amplifier. The devices are available in multi-mode fiber pigtailed coaxial packages with optional FC/ST/SC connector. The GaAs photodiode ROSA features high sensitivity and high-speed reaching up to 2.5Gbps data rate operation.
