The R85-1G-PYZ-VP series consists of GaAs-based amplified photodiode receiver modules optimized for the 770–860 nm spectral range. Each module integrates a GaAs photodiode with a high-gain transimpedance amplifier (TIA), delivering high sensitivity and supporting data rates up to 1.25 Gbps. The pigtailed configuration features a 62.5/125 µm multimode fiber, available with bare fiber or terminated with FC, ST, SC, or LC connectors. These modules are ideal for applications requiring high-speed optical signal detection and flexible fiber-coupled integration.
