Description

The VCx-850C2WA is a high-power 850nm CW VCSEL diode delivering up to 2000mW continuous-wave optical output for demanding sensing, illumination, and laser applications. Engineered with oxide isolation technology and strong thermal conduction, the device provides stable high-power performance and reliable operation across a wide range of environments.
