Lasermate provides 850nm, multimode Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) chip designed for use in 28Gbps data rate operation. The 28G VCSEL chip features dual top contact, low threshold and low operating current. Also available with 2, 4, 8, and 12 channels.

Description

The VCCx-85A28G is an 850nm wavelength, multimode Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) chip and chip array available with up to 12 channels designed for use in 28Gbps data rate operation. The VCC-85A28G features dual top contact, low threshold and low operating current.
