Lasermate provides 850nm, multimode Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) chip array designed for use in 25Gbps data rate operation. The 25G VCSEL chip features dual top contact, low threshold and low operating current. Available in 2, 4, 8, and 12 channels.

Description

The VCCx-85A25G is an 850nm wavelength, multimode Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) chip array available in 2, 4, 8, and 12 channels and designed for use in 25Gbps data rate operation. The VCCx-85A25G series features dual top contact, low threshold and low operating current.
