The VCC-113A2800H is a 1135nm high-power multi-emitter oxide-confined vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) chip engineered for advanced sensing and illumination applications. It delivers 2800mW optical output power under 10μs pulse width, 1% duty cycle at 5A, providing high peak optical power for demanding infrared sensing systems. The compact 835 × 835 × 150μm chip utilizes an oxide-confined VCSEL architecture to provide excellent efficiency, beam uniformity, and long-term reliability for OEM integration.
