The VCC-113A20H is a 1135nm multi-emitter oxide-confined vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) chip designed for high-performance sensing and illumination applications. It delivers 20mW optical output power under 20μs pulse width with a 50% duty cycle, providing stable infrared illumination in a compact 235 × 235 × 150μm chip package.
