The Lasermate VCAx-940P50WA is an 940nm wavelength, 50W output power, pulsed operating mode, multi-channel Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) diode array with 4, 8, or 16 channels. The VCSEL is characterized by its single wavelength, good thermal conduction, oxide isolation technology, high reliability, and easy collimation.
