The Lasermate GD-series DFB lasers are specially designed for gas detection of methane CH4 (1650.9nm, 1653.7nm), Hydrogen sulfide H2S (1578nm, 1590nm), Ammonia NH3 (1512nm), water H2O (1368nm, 1392nm), Carbon monoxide CO (1567nm), Carbon dioxide CO2 (1580nm), Acetylene C2H2 (1532.68nm), Hydrogen fluoride HF (1268.7nm, 1273nm, 1305nm, 1312nm), Ethylene C2H4 (1620nm, 1625nm, 1627nm), etc. The GD-series lasers feature narrow linewidth up to 2MHz, ultra compact dimensions, high power and wavelength stability, and no jump mode output in operating current range.
