The Lasermate T65D-RYZ-W-ID is a 1650nm wavelength, Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser diode in FC/ST/SC receptacle package. The 1650nm DFB laser diodes available in three power output options up to >2mW and are capable of reaching 2.5Gbps data rate operation.
