Description
The Lasermate T13DD-P-LA2A0-I is a 1310nm Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser diode packaged in a pigtailed configuration with 9/125µm single-mode fiber and LC/APC connector. Designed for high-reliability optical communication, the device delivers output power greater than 2mW, integrates a single-stage isolator, and operates reliably across a wide temperature range. With a hermetically sealed construction and built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode, it provides stable performance for telecom, Ethernet, and DAS applications.
