The Lasermate T13F-RYZ-WD is a 1310nm wavelength, Fabry-Perot laser diode in FC/ST/SC receptacle package. The 1310nm FP laser diodes provide output power options up to >2mW and are capable of reaching 2.5Gbps data rate operation. The laser is designed for use in telecommunication applications.
