The Lasermate T15D-RYZ-W-TI-D is a 1550nm wavelength, Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser diode in FC or ST receptacle package. The 1550nm DFB laser diodes are available in three output power options up to >2mW, optional isolator, and are capable of reaching 2.5Gbps data rate operation. The laser is designed for use in telecommunication applications.
